He was nice enough to upgrade to the premium boot at no charge and that made a world of difference! We will definitely rent from Fleischer on our next return to Steamboat!

I don't normally do this kind of thing but I thought I should let you know something. My family goes to Steamboat every year. One of the main reasons we go is because of the Boat's adaptive ski school. I have a son with very severe epilepsy. We saw your new place this past Feb. and decided to try you out for my kids. Your staff was the best. Very helpful and good with the kids.

My son had a seizure while trying on boots. This really freaks a lot of people out. Your people were absolutely fantastic about the whole deal. When my boy "came out of it" after several minutes, your folks made him feel great and really pumped him up for skiing. Thank you and you guys have a customer for life.

Chad, I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that you have a quality shop. The people you have working there were absolutely great. They actually saw my wife struggling after a long day on the slopes and went and met her and took her skis...Now that's service! Some of the instructors were amazed that the good-looking skis were rentals.

Wanted to let you know that we had several groups that rented equipment from FS. I heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests.

Personally this year was very special for us as far as skiing and family goes. We have 3 offspring, young adults, etc. (I can hardly call them kids any more) 24, 20, and 17. Our son, 24, has always loved to ski but took 6 years off to play hockey. The 20 year old has only ever played hockey so never skied. This year was his first and like all other sports he has been involved with it came very naturally. The equipment you and your staff provided made the experience completed the whole package.

In our business it is so nice to be able to partner with someone you can trust sending your clients to.
