How does the Kids Ski Free program work?
Ski rentals are free for kids age 12 and under that have a shoe size of 7.5 or smaller with any adult (18+) rental package. One child is free per one adult that rents. Select the “Kids Ski Free Packages” tab in the reservation system to view the different package options.
How do I receive a 20% discount?
Book your reservation at least 24 hours in advance online at rentals.fleischersport.com with our custom reservation system and receive 20% OFF of our normal walk in rates. This 20% Discount however may not apply during certain holiday time periods.
When can I pick up my equipment?
You can pick up your equipment either the morning of your first ski day OR the afternoon/evening prior to your first ski day. We always encourage guests to pickup the afternoon/evening before your first ski day so that everything is all set and you can get up on the slopes as quickly as possible. You can pick up your gear the day before your first ski day anytime after 1:00pm. We advise people to avoid coming in the get fit for gear between the hours of 3pm and 5pm, as it gets fairly busy with skiers leaving the mountain and putting their gear in storage for the evening.
Can I store my gear with you?
YES!! everything that you rent from us, we store for you for FREE overnight. Your boots will go on our custom boot dryers overnight, and your skis will be waiting for you to pickup outside our front door in the morning. We do store personal skis/ski boots overnight for a small fee and we do have a secure basket check for storage of personal items during the day.
What if I have issues with my equipment?
NO PROBLEM! we are located right at the base of the ski hill and just steps away from the base of the gondola. If you have any ski or ski boot issues, you can pop right in and our expert ski and snowboard technicians will take great care of any issues that you are having with your gear. Also, here at Fleischer Sport, we give you the option to switch out your skis or snowboard for something different whenever you like.
What size ski boots and snowboard boots do you carry?
We have ski boot sizes from a junior size 11 up to an adult size 14, and snowboard boot sizes from a size 1 up to 14.
What if I have my own boots?
Not a problem, there is an option in our reservation system to select that you are bringing your own boots and do not need ours. The price will change accordingly based on your selection. We do however charge $15 per night for personal ski boot storage on our boot dryers.
Do you rent helmets?
YES! we have a full size run and lots of helmets in each size for rental. The helmets that we rent are extremely comfortable and very well fitting. They also have adjustable vents for temperature control.
Can I take a day off?
We will work with you to the best of our ability when you would like to take a day off from skiing, however we do not allow days off during the busy holiday periods.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your pickup day for a full refund of your $50 deposit.
